onduline sottocoppo and traditional tiles on which there are two chimneys. In restructuring the entire
house was covered with mesh on the outside and partly inside. The floors are ceramic tile generally clear
(30x30) except the upper salon which has a double layer of rough wood. The exterior frames are pine
wood (cherry color) and have double glazing, one of the front doors is walnut with glass surface. All the
windows and the entrance doors are equipped with robust security grilles in iron and have mosquito
nets. Heating is autonomous LPG gas with underground storage tank of about 1000 liters and a boiler 32
k. ; it is possible to reactivate a fireplace actually closed in the upper living room. Modular electric
system, divided by levels. TV wiring in all the rooms with terrestrial digital and satellite antennas.
